DESCRIPTION:
A phenomenological framework in which black holes transfer energy to a brane,
which returns it through cosmic voids, offering a possible interpretation of:

1. Eridanus cold spot (up to 80-90% of ΔT = 70-140 μK)
2. Bootes void sphericity (eccentricity < 0.1)
3. DES lensing anomaly (30% deficit in weak lensing signal)

KEY FEATURES:
- Environmental coupling β(ρ) = β₀ (1 + A e^{-ρ/ρ_void})
- Global energy conservation
- Possible gravity enhancement in voids (μ ≈ 1.08)
- Scale-dependent ISW peak (k ~ 0.03 Mpc⁻¹)

NUMERICAL ESTIMATES:
- ΔT/T ~ 1.8 × 10⁻⁴ (comparable to observed)
- S8 deviation: +8%
- w₀ ≈ -0.97

SUGGESTED TESTS (Euclid/DESI 2027-2028):
- H0 inside voids: +0.5-2% possible
- w(z) deviation: 0.03-0.10 at z→0

LIMITATIONS:
- Phenomenological parameters
- Environmental coupling is an ansatz
- No full CLASS/EFTCAMB validation yet
