COMAK, a subroutine of outer codes, is used to calculate A_{Ek} coefficient
and then the annihilation parameter Z_{eff}=\sum_k A_{k'}^* Z_{ij} A_k. CALCAK
needs to be defined in the input of RSLVIN if one wants to calculate Z_{eff}.

Usually, wavefunction propagation is needed. If wavefunction propagation is
switched on, the R-matrix propagation is skipped over. IFPROP is the flag for
switching wavefunction propagtion on. fort.122 which includes the delta matrix
is needed for running COMAK. The final Z_{eff} results are saved to
file LUZEF(fort.29 as default).
