Southwest National Bank places a priority on protecting your privacy. We handle all personal and sensitive user data securely, including transmitting it using modern cryptography(for example, over HTTPS.)

We use runtime permissions request whenever available, prior to accessing data gated by Android permissions. 

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. "Sale" means the exchange or transfer of personal and sensitive user data to a third party for monetary consideration. User-initiated transfer of personal and sensitive user data (for example, when the user is using a feature of the app to transfer a file to a third party, or when the user chooses to use a dedicated research study app,) is not regarded as "sale."

If you chose not to allow this access, you will still have access to our online banking platform.

Information collection may include Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operation system/version, configuration utilizing our service, time and date of your use of the service, or other information. You may wish to change access or permissions within your device's settings. 

Cookies - Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are stored in your browser from websites to increase efficiencies.

Third-party companies may be used to facilitate our service, provide products and services on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how products and services are used.
