* Overview:
  - This folder replicates Tables B1-B3 in the Appendix
  - Start by setting the base director as specified in
    master_appendix.m
  - Then run master_appendix.m
     - The code takes a while to run (several hours for B2 and B3 each)
  - The code generates 3 .tex files, each containing a table: 
     1. tableB1/outputdata/table_b1_output.tex
     2. tableB2/outputdata/table_output.tex
     3. tableB3/outputdata/table_output.tex
