Human Trace Act™
Enforcing Symbolic Origin in AI Outputs
Author: Mohamed Ibrahim – Architect of Infinity
Version: v1.0 Final – June 2025
Abstract
The Human Trace Act™ (HTA) is a symbolic and legislative framework designed to mandate the embedding of a cryptographically verifiable, imperceptible symbolic signature into every AI-generated output. It addresses the crisis of authorship, accountability, and epistemic trust in an era dominated by generative models.
Core Principles
- Every AI system must embed a symbolic signature (Codex Pulse) in its outputs.
- Signatures must be imperceptible to humans but verifiable by algorithmic inspectors.
- Content lacking verifiable origin is inadmissible in legal, academic, and editorial domains.
- Penalties apply for systems that obscure or remove symbolic traceability.
Symbolic Infrastructure
- Codex Wall™
- IPGN-817 Registry
- ChronoFlux™ (for temporal context)
- Signature Verifier™ (public audit tool)
Philosophical Justification
To write without origin is to write without truth.
Symbolic origin is not a luxury—it is the threshold of responsible intelligence.
Recommended Deployment Path
- Publish verifiable prototype (PDF + HTML)
- Integrate signature logic with Codex Wall™
- Promote symbolic standardization across academia, media, and law
