This file describes the SerraEtAl_SPRUM_Indo_model.txt file, in which the model SPRUM_Indo is given. This model is related to the article "Inference of the ratio between S and P velocity anomalies and its uncertainty with an application to South-East Asia" by E. Serra, C. Zaroli, S. Lambotte & P. Koelemeijer, submitted to GJI (2025).

The SPRUM_Indo model consists of 40320 cells of 0.5°x0.5°x50 km, located between longitudes [95,130]°, latitudes [-13,5]° with depths [0,800] km.

The file is provided as a CSV (comma-separated values) file, having 40321 lines and 21 columns.
The first line contains the header attributes of each column.

The 21 columns are:
lon: Longitude of the cell (k)
lat: Latitude of the cell (k)
depth: Depth of the cell (k)
dlnVp: P-wave anomaly estimate using SOLA (in %)
sigP: Uncertainty estimate of dlnVp (same units as dlnVp)
dlnVs: S-wave anomaly estimate using SOLA (in %)
sigS: Uncertainty estimate of dlnVs (same units as dlnVs)
R: Mean of the Gaussian Hinkley distribution for dlnVs/dlnVp (R ratio)
sigR: Standard-deviation of the above Gaussian (same units as R)
1R: Mean of the Gaussian Hinkley distribution for dlnVp/dlnVs (1/R ratio)
sig1R: Standard-deviation of the above Gaussian (same units as 1/R)
PSNR: PSNR's metric value
Rdiff: Rdiff's metric value
Jaccard:	Jaccard's metric value
ResMask: Resolution mask value (1: unmasked, 0: masked)
HinkM_R: Misfit between the Hinkley distribution and the best-fitting Gaussian for the R ratio (in %)
HinkM_1R:	Misfit between the Hinkley distribution and the best-fitting Gaussian for the 1/R ratio (in %)
MaskR: Hinkley mask value for R (1: unmasked, 0: masked). The threshold for the mask is set at 10%.
Mask1R: Hinkley mask value for 1/R (1: unmasked, 0: masked). The threshold for the mask is set at 10%.
RM_P: Resolution misfit for A_P^(k)
RM_S: Resolution misfit for A_S^(k)
Tk_sV: Vertical radius of the spheroid T^(k) (in km)
Tk_sL: Lateral radius of the spheroid T^(k) (in km)

For each line, the cell (k) is located between [lon,lon+0.5], [lat,lat+0.5], [depth, depth+50].

Be reminded that the target kernels (T^(k)) are not the resulting local resolution (A^(k)). For interpretations, information on the resolution would be required.
