General Information
This dataset involves analysis of mice one month, three months and 6 months after injection of alpha-synuclein pre-formed fibrils.
Brain sections containing the prefrontal cortex were taken from anterior to bregma +1.2 mm and stained with antibodies against pSynuclein S129 (pSyn).
Analysis of pSyn was quantified.

	-This file contains total aggregates number, volume, area, mean intensity and total intensity of pSyn for each images with dimension 1100*1700*10 µm3.
	-Column headings:
		-Month post-injection: This indicates the time point after the injection when the analysis was performed
		-Mouse ID: This is the animal ID. IDs are conserved across all datasets.
		-Image no: This is the Image whose analysis parameter is provided.
		-Agg. Num: This is the measured mean number of total pSyn aggregates.
		-Vol: This is the measured mean volume of individual pSyn aggregates.
		-Area: This is the measured mean area of individual pSyn aggregates.
		-Mean Intensity: This is the measured mean intensity of individual pSyn aggregates.
		-Total Intensity: This is the measured mean total intensity of all pSyn aggregates.


Methodology
This data was collected using an spinning disk Dragonfly microscope (Andor–Oxford Instruments) with a Zyla CMOS camera (20x objective, air). 
3D Images were analyzed using Imaris 3D visualization software v10.2 (surface detail, absolute intensity, thresholds) for pSyn analysis (Fixemer, S et al., Acta Neuropathologica Communications 10, 36 (2022)).
