Kuatunittia (Paraxenittia) sapa sp. n.

Type material. Holotype (Figs 10, 25): male, “N-Vietnam [border of Lai Châu and Lào Cai Provinces] 1600m | Mt. Fan-si-pan(Nord) | Cha-pa, Primärurwald [primary jungle] | 22.17'' N 103.44 ''E [22°17'N 103°44'E] | 20.–30.III.1995 | leg. V. Sinjaev [Sinyaev] & | A. Schintlmeister | Museum Witt” / ‘Slide | ZSM Arct. | 2019-1132 ♂ | A. Volynkin ” (MWM / ZSM).

Paratype: VIETNAM: 1 male, the same data as in the holotype, gen. prep. No.: ZSM Arct. 2019- 1133 ♂ (MWM / ZSM).

Diagnosis. The forewing length is 15.0–15.5 mm in males. The new species is externally reminiscent of the allopatric K. erlanga sp. n. but differs in the smaller size. The detailed comparison of the male genitalia of the two species is provided above in the diagnosis of K. erlanga sp. n. The female is unknown.

Distribution. Northern Vietnam (border of Lai Châu and Lào Cai Provinces).

Etymology. The specific epithet is homonymic of the town of Sapa situated near the type locality of the new species.
