This folder contains data needed to reproduce Fig.1 of the manuscript. A short description of each file is as follows:

- epolaron/
- epolaron/Amp_centered_princax.csv : Envelope of the wavefunction of the electron polaron
- epolaron/psir_centered_limited_princax.csv: Modulus of the wavefunction of the electron polaron within a limited box around the polaron center. Box size: x\in{-11 A, 11 A}, y\in{-11 A, 11 A}, z\in{-11 A, 11 A}. 
- epolaron/Cs_dtau_princax.csv: Atomic displacements of Cs atoms in the electron polaron
- epolaron/Ag_dtau_princax.csv: Atomic displacements of Ag atoms in the electron polaron
- epolaron/Bi_dtau_princax.csv: Atomic displacements of Bi atoms in the electron polaron
- epolaron/Br_dtau_princax.csv: Atomic displacements of Br atoms in the electron polaron

For the electron polaron plots, a 20x20x20 pseudocubic supercell with lattice vectors R1=(227.5 A, 0, 0), R2=(0, 227.5 A, 0), R3=(0, 0, 232.5 A) was used, which contains 320000 atoms.

- hpolaron/
- hpolaron/Amp_centered_princax.csv : Envelope of the wavefunction of the hole polaron
- hpolaron/psir_centered_limited_princax.csv: Modulus of the wavefunction of the hole polaron within a limited box around the polaron center. Box size: x\in{-11 A, 11 A}, y\in{-11 A, 11 A}, z\in{-11 A, 11 A}.
- hpolaron/Cs_dtau_princax.csv: Atomic displacements of Cs atoms in the hole polaron
- hpolaron/Ag_dtau_princax.csv: Atomic displacements of Ag atoms in the hole polaron
- hpolaron/Bi_dtau_princax.csv: Atomic displacements of Bi atoms in the hole polaron
- hpolaron/Br_dtau_princax.csv: Atomic displacements of Br atoms in the hole polaron

For the hole polaron plots, a 18x18x18 pseudocubic supercell with lattice vectors R1=(204.8 A, 0, 0), R2=(0, 204.8 A, 0), R3=(0, 0, 209.3 A) was used, which contains 233280 atoms.
