The file nestdata_wheatears_2019-2022_ValPiora_CH.csv includes the raw data of the nest-sites and pseudo-absence sites with the habitat predictors.

The file data_nest_survival.csv includes the data on nest survival for each visit to the nests and the predictors used for modelling.

The file nest_models.R includes the code of the models for nest-site selection and for nest survival.

The file meteo_data_robiei_2019-2022_may-jun-jul.csv summarizes the data from the nearby weather station used to describe inter-annual variations in weather conditions and spring onset.

The file compare_Mayf_RMark_BBolker provides a comparison with RMark and Mayfield, two common methods to estimate nest survival and a justification of the method we used in this article.
