Physical examination was normal; otoscopy without alterations. Blood pressure and glycaemia were normal. The absence of vegetative component, instability, pallor or other symptoms such as tinnitus or tinnitus is noteworthy. No neurological focality, balance or gait disturbances, ataxia or other cerebellar signs were found.
