Radiolucent lesion on the right mandibular ramus and part of the mandibular body, involving the condyle and coronoid process in a 9-year-old male patient. Biopsy result, mandibular ameloblastoma. Given the extent of the lesion, it was decided to perform a right hemimandibulectomy, with placement of a reconstruction prosthesis including the condyle. Control X-ray two years after the surgical procedure, where spontaneous hemimandibular bone regeneration is observed, with the bone taking the same shape as the mandibular branch, and following the contour of the titanium metal plate. To date there is no follow-up of the case.
