A 21-year-old woman, carrier of the VHL gene, presented with a cerebellar haemangioblastoma diagnosed 2 years ago, when she went to the emergency department in cardiorespiratory arrest. In the ophthalmological examination, a papillary superior temporal HCR of ½ papillary diameter of yellowish appearance was seen in the OI, with another satellite HCR, which, like a small juxtapapillary HCR, was not seen in funduscopy but was seen in angiography, giving a hyperfluorescent saccular image, the rest of the ophthalmological examination being normal in AO as was the OCT of the macula, with a VA of the unit in both eyes.
