To get the results to replicate Figure 9. you will need the HippoUnit software. It can be found on github, but I used a modified version which can be found in the main folder. I used the PSP attenuation test but since there isn't any avaliable data about the PSP attenuation in OLM and HS cells the errors and scores the test gives back are meaningless because we compared interneuron to pyramidal cells, but a target input data is needed for the HippoUnit to work properly. We used the absolute values for further evaluation. 
The jupyter notebooks are working properly with the the models found in the models/Simplified_models folder. Change the paths accordingly!
Then, after you got the results from the validation you can get allt the parts of Figure 9. using model_comparison*.py and model_HS_OLM_kernel_dens*.py scripts. The final figure that can be seen in the paper went through some cosmetic modifications in Inkscape, but these scripts give you the base results.
