Select a method for providing a model. Models can either be uploaded from your local computer or loaded from a publicly-accessible URL.

Several example models are available from the BioSimulators test suite .

Uploaded files are limited to 64 MB. Files up to 1 GB can be submitted via URLs.

Currently, model uploads are limited to 256 MB. Larger models must be validated via URLs.

BioSimulations validates models using community-contributed validation tools for each model language. The thoroughness of these tools varies. In addition, some tools currently provide limited diagnostic information. We welcome contributions of improved validation tools.

This form is limited to validating individual files. Thus, this form does not validate imported files. Click here to more comprehensively validate trees of model files packages as COMBINE/OMEX archives.
