Description

This release is the version of the HELCOM biodiversity assessment tool which was developed by the BalticBOOST project and which was used to perform used to perform the Integrated Assessment of Biodiversity included in The HELCOM State of the Baltic Sea - Holistic Assessment - 2017. http://stateofthebalticsea.helcom.fi/about-helcom-and-the-assessment/downloads-and-data/

Notes

Release v1.0.1b No changes to the code since release v1.0.1 - with 1 exception: line 21 in BOOSTbiodiv.R where the Confidence penalties option is commented out. This means that the test results in the output folder now correspond correctly to the code version.
